On a beautiful spring evening, a special St George’s Day themed Dragon Boat Race event took place to raise vital funds for charity in a fun and unique way. Sitting side by side in traditional Hong Kong-style dragon boats paddling to the rhythm of a beating drum, teams from a number of pharmaceutical companies battled it out in spectacular style on behalf of Arthritis Care and raised literally thousands of pounds in the process. With Chinese flags flying all around a very boisterous audience cheered on the teams in this colourful extravaganza.
